Rama 9 and Ratchada sit along the MRT Blue Line, are increasingly popular with families priced out of Sukhumvit, and offer a central-ish location without Sukhumvit rents. If neither is the right fit, the BTS and MRT connections make commuting to Sukhumvit or Sathorn schools more viable from this area than from further-east neighborhoods.
