Future Steps does one thing and does it well: British early years and primary, from 18 months through Year 6, in two adjacent buildings on Sukhumvit Soi 31, a genuine 15-minute walk from Phrom Phong BTS. The youngest children (18 months to 3 years) join through First Steps, the nursery programme that feeds directly into Future Steps from age 3. What sets the school apart from other British primaries in the area is the language offer: French, German, Mandarin, and Thai are all taught from early years, alongside the British EYFS and KS1–2 curriculum. That makes it a natural fit for multilingual households, not just British expat families. The school is small, deliberately so — tight cohorts, a community feel, central location. There is no secondary programme, so the transition conversation starts early: Future Steps graduates commonly move on to NIST, AISB, and the other Sukhumvit-area secondaries. If you are considering this school, map the Year 7 options at the same time as the primary application.
