SISB Pracha Uthit is the flagship campus of the network and the only site that runs all the way from Nursery through Sixth Form, the other campuses stop at Primary. It is also the only SISB campus with boarding, for students aged 8-18. The curriculum is a considered blend: UK EYFS at early years, Singapore national curriculum through Primary, Cambridge IGCSE at secondary, then a choice of A-Levels or IB Diploma at Years 12-13. All students study three languages, English, Mandarin, and Thai, from Nursery 1. The campus sits on Soi Ramkhamhaeng 39 (Thep Leela 1) in Wang Thonglang, sharing a soi with LFIB, roughly 8-10 km northeast of central Bangkok and off the BTS and MRT network. Families drive or use the school bus; from Sukhumvit, budget 30-50 minutes in morning traffic. The community is predominantly Thai and Chinese-Singaporean, broadening at secondary. Fees sit mid-range by Bangkok standards, making this one of the more accessible full-pathway trilingual options in the city.

What You Should Actually Know About Singapore International School of Bangkok (SISB) Pracha Uthit
Singapore International School of Bangkok (SISB) Pracha Uthit is the flagship campus of Thailand's only Stock Exchange-listed international school operator, set in Wang Thonglang on the eastern side of Bangkok. The campus runs from Nursery through Sixth Form (ages 2 to 18) and is the only SISB campus to offer boarding. Its defining characteristic is a deliberately sequenced, multi-framework curriculum: UK Early Years Foundation Stage at Nursery-Kindergarten, the Singapore national curriculum through Primary 6, a hybrid Singapore-UK programme in Grades 7 and 8, Cambridge IGCSE in Grades 9 and 10, and a choice of Cambridge A/AS Levels or the IB Diploma Programme in Grades 11 and 12. This sequencing is designed to build progressively stronger foundations in mathematics and science before transitioning to globally recognised exit qualifications.
SISB operates in three languages throughout; English as the primary medium of instruction, with Thai and Mandarin Chinese embedded across all year groups. The campus is best suited to families who value academic structure, trilingual exposure, and a defined pathway to university. Pracha Uthit draws a mixed student body of Thai and international families, with more than 4,000 students across the SISB group from over 30 nationalities as of 2023.
The campus has its own Creative Arts and Media Centre (named Silpapirom) and a sports complex with competition-standard facilities including an international-standard swimming pool, auditorium, and large outdoor spaces.
Teaching staff are described as drawn from around the world, with native-speaker instruction in English, Chinese, and Thai. The school's first cohort of IB Diploma students graduated in 2022 with a 100% pass rate, an average score of 37.4 points (against a global average of 31.98), and 78.5% scoring 36 points or more. Since 2020, all graduating cohorts have received university offers, with placements including Cambridge, Imperial College London, National University of Singapore, and Tsinghua University.
The campus is fully accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS) and the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC), and is an IB World School authorised for the Diploma Programme. The campus sits on Soi Ramkhamhaeng 39 in Wang Thonglang, accessible via the MRT and the wider eastern Bangkok road network, but without a direct BTS connection, making school bus use practical for many families.
Boarding is available for students aged 8 to 18, with both full and weekly boarding options, making this campus an option for families relocating from upcountry or regional countries. The school has a significant proportion of Thai-national students alongside expatriate families, which shapes the classroom dynamic and the demand for language support programmes. Families seeking a purely Western-style international experience or a less academically pressured environment may find the structured Singapore-curriculum approach demanding at primary level. SISB Pracha Uthit is best suited to families, Thai or expatriate, who want a rigorous, trilingual academic track with a clear and supported route into competitive universities.
